KOC 4th Degree Flag Retirement Ceremony

Join the KOC 4th Degree as they retire American flags. This year's ceremony will be held on November 15th at 1p at Our Lady of Angels in Allen. You are welcome to bring flags in need of retirement.

We are in need of Rose volunteers to help prepare flags for retirement in advance of the ceremony.
